Like all hospitals it is a very busy place. But the breast care team and oncology unit are fantastic. We are very lucky to have them.

I was seen by consultant Mrs. Valerie Nunez for a Dupuytren's problem in my right hand at Frimley Park Hospital. I had a very clear interview with every detail explained and the offer to carry out the procedure "Needle aponeurotomy". This was done without further delay and carried out with total efficiency with expert and professional assistance from attendant nurses. Mrs. Nunez has a very reassuring manner, is calming and has concern for her patient's wellbeing. I had absolute confidence in her to carry out the surgery and my trust has clearly not been misplaced.

I received amazing service from our fantastic NHS. I was referred to FPH on the 2-week cancer rule and received an appointment letter the day after I saw my GP giving me an appointment within 2 weeks. The doctor I saw was extremely professional, friendly and respectful and gave me all the information I needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better service. I feel we are quick to complain; we also need to be quick to praise.

This visit I was very impressed my consultant and have already written a review about her. I was also impressed by the OT department. There is obviously a problem with the traffic and parking, it was horrendous today. Even coming on public transport is a problem as the bus can’t get through. I know there have been alterations to the road in the past but the problems have not been resolved. Why can’t another lane be taken off the Roundabout at Frimley and be dedicated to ambulances and buses. With the big development of houses in Deepcut this is going to get worse

I would like to thank Mr Osman and all the staff at Frimley Park for the excellent treatment I received at the hospital. I was grateful that there was such a short waiting time between diagnosis and being treated. Also that the post operative appointment was so soon after the operation. I really felt reassured by Mr Osman in my preoperative appointment when he said he would only know the extent of the cancer after my operation and did not try and tell me it was small and would probably be fine. All the staff were kind and helpful and I could not have felt in safer hands. Judith Field

The facilities on the ground floor reception area, especially the ladies loos where a little grubby, but the rest of the hospital seemed very clean, if not incredibly hot!

I have had the misfortune to be in Frimley hospital for the last few days being monitored for a heart issue, my first visit having been submitted via a 999 call by ambulance following a possible seizure was basic a few tests after waiting in a cold corridor and sent home. I returned home and subsequently was resubmitted by ambulance after collapsing in work again by ambulance, the paramedics witnessed and advised the medical team of these facts but once again after being monitored in the a&e sent home to see my GP. The next day I collapsed again and was resubmitted via ambulance crew who again diligently reported concerns. Again monitored but eventually admitted to ward for monitoring and hopefully care. This is where I am now in a ward where staff show no concern as to maintaining a quiet restful environment, lights on all night no instructions how to operate cubicle lighting, staff working at desks talking and dealing with paperwork alarms for medical equipment going all night right out side your cubicle the layout is unbelievable. Staff room used by all staff to collect Thier personal affects, fire door used as short cut to outside assume staff carpark or smoking shelter. Apparently they do provide ear plugs and eye masks but none as yet. Quite frankly I cannot wait to get out. Don't get me wrong they suggest by all the marketing that they get results but as to basic facilities that give you a peaceful night's sleep you find it here. I do have insight into the provision of hospital facilities having been involved in the new BH in Crowthorne, the senior management need to take a look at what can be provided such as separate nurses stations, use of controlled lighting, life monitoring systems without sounds, MDT offices separate from the patient wards and how about some windows and equipment which doesn't rattle or sinks with anti siphon traps. As I said the staff do Thier best but all are not to the same standard or with the same agenda. As to carparking fees if you think you or a relative will be there for more than 8 hours by a weekly ticket £15 and if you do not need it help another and pass it on they are making a fortune from only displaying the price of in very small print. I wonder if the CEO and his senior management team have the same misfortune to be hospitalised at Frimley.

The staff were friendly, charming and helpful. I was seen as soon as I arrived. There was no delay. My wife was able to accompany me. This is the best hospital in the UK with very high standards of care. The hospital is well respected locally and to date I have not met anyone who had anything but praise for this wonderful hospital. Let us not forget to give credit to all the doctors, nurses and the management not forgetting the wonderful support staff and volunteers who give their time to help others.

The only fault I can comment on is the waiting time but as it is a busy hospital, this was expected! Frimley Park Hospital has been where I've had all my appointments since I was born including physio, x-rays, fracture clinic etc. I haven't had or heard of anyone I know who has had a bad experience with the care at Frimley! There is a calm, welcoming and friendly atmosphere which is really nice, especially when people are coming in for a wide variety of reasons.
